As you may remember, I had my mother and sister take care of the flowers for my wedding. Together, they are an excellent gardener (Mom) and a skilled eye (Kerry) so I knew I was set. Here are my non-professional pictures of their very-professional results. I also cribbed some pictures from my new cousin’s Facebook album. Thanks, people!
Mom and Kerry stored the bouquets in the hotel’s fridge the night before the wedding. Day of, they were in trash cans full of hot water to help them open.
My bouquet was amazing. It was a combination of thistles, white roses, and billy buttons.
Mom and Kerry also made boutonnières for the guys, as seen here:
I don’t yet have pictures of the amazing flower-balls the flower girls carried, but those will be included in a later update. For now, here is my lovely flower girl-less bridal party with flowers, boutonnières, and smiles.
